    Eleven Labs has several audio generation tools, including Text to Speech and Speech to Speech dashboards. I used the Text to Speech tool to generate audio for a client's video presentation. The tool offers a variety of different voice options, and even an advanced settings menu to customize or modify their pre-built voices. This is the best text to speech tool I've used so far, unfortunately it does not include a lip sync feature like Runway, otherwise I'd give it a 5/5.
